PROJECT STORY
On my first day at Obiziz Digital Communication, a significant portion of Zafer Publishing's e-commerce site had been completed. I then advanced the project for 3 months to fix errors in the system and add new features. In this context, I added value to the project in many different areas, from SEO optimization to card context provider.
MY APPROACH
I made updates starting with the significant deficiencies of the already developed site (Forgot password page, ability to add multiple addresses, integration of cart information stored in localStorage to the database...). Then I moved on to SEO optimization. There were many problems here (Single product pages were opening with the product ID in the link, meaning there was no slug system. It was necessary to switch to a slug structure for canonical tags, there were no Google Analytics purchase data layers...). I did detailed work here from start to finish.
RESULTS
User experience was increased by completing all the missing parts of the site, and SEO optimization was done from scratch.
